Studio Hope Boutique is seeking a full-time, purpose-driven Program Manager to work directly with the founder. The role oversees volunteer programs, daily retail operations, assist with visual merchandising, events, community outreach, social media, and brand presentation.
The ideal candidate is organized, creative, adaptable, professional, and passionate about nonprofit work. Retail experience, strong communication skills, community engagement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are required. Social media, photography, public speaking ability, fundraising, crafting, or animal welfare experience are helpful.

This position works directly with the founder and has no direct reports.

Studio Hope Charity Boutique a nonprofit, community-centered curated thrift, vintage and artisan store dedicated to making a difference through sustainable shopping, creativity, and hope. Our mission supports orphaned pets and people living with kidney disease.

Position Overview
The Program Manager will work closely with the founder to support the store’s creative vision, day-to-day operations, volunteer programs, events, outreach, social media and brand presence.
This role requires an eye for style, and design, along with the ability to support merchandising and store presentation and work directly with the shop’s founder’s unique vision.
In addition to retail operations, this position is responsible for coordinating outside events, community outreach and building relationships.
The ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking, collaborating on creative projects, and contributing to a warm, fun, mission-driven environment.
Strong social media skills, some public speaking experience, and comfort using cameras for event coverage and content creation are a plus. A genuine passion for the mission is especially valued, as this role helps connect the store’s purpose to the broader community.
